Client galleries may be publicly visible on the website; however, image downloads are restricted and require a valid download code provided only to the client or approved contacts. Images may be viewed by visitors with access to the gallery link, but downloading high-resolution files is not permitted without authorization. Clients and organizations may request limitations on gallery visibility, download access, or opt out of public display, portfolio use, or promotional use at any time by contacting Alexander Mann Photography. Personal information collected through galleries or contact forms, including names and email addresses, is used solely for communication, image delivery, and order fulfillment. Information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required for gallery hosting and professional print fulfillment. Images and data are stored securely through Pixieset and its integrated services.
